Authorized disclosures including limited circumstances

(a) in a legal proceeding in which Jim Barber or the TooterTalk service is a party
or has an interest, or pursuant to a court order;
(b) to the Internal Revenue Service during
an official audit of our finances;
(c) to a government law enforcement agency pursuant to a warrant.
Enough lawyer-talk. Here's the bottom line. I value my privacy, and so I respect yours.
I will not sell, give, or otherwise disclose the information that
you entrust with me.
The one exception is if I ever sell TooterTalktm, I'll need to provide the new owner with your customer information so that you can continue to receive the customer support and appreciation that you've come to expect. Your information will still be retained by The Barber Shop Bookstore, but it'll be under new ownership.
 Otherwise, I will not give out your personal information to anyone unless I am forced to do so by an official law enforcement agency.
