return it to the address below and I'll promptly refund your money.
If you
invested in a "green" (downloadable) resource, just write me (at the address below)
with your order id and I'll refund
your complete purchase price. (For obvious reasons, I can only refund the
purchase price of a green (downloadable) product to the actual purchaser,
and I am required to refund payments made by credit card to the same credit card used for
the purchase.)

to be sure it's a real, live person making the request, not
